How do I secure services with B.Creativ Confections?
In order for us to hold your event date, 50% nonrefundable retainer deposit for treat or dessert display services at time of order.
How early should I place my order?
For treats & desert displays, orders must be place 30 days in advance of your event date or a rush fee will apply.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to event date or a late fee will apply.
If you wish to place an order earlier, for dessert tables for weddings we allow 6 months in advance. For all other events, treats only or dessert tables, we allow 60 days in advance.
Does the nonrefundable retainer deposit apply to my balance?
Yes the non refundable retainers will be applied to your final balance.
Why is the deposit non refundable?
Your deposit is nonrefundable because we purchase customer supplies, toppers and ingredients at the time your order is placed to ensure it arrives on time, so we can ensure we can create the design you desire.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Unfortunately if you have to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your event date, your total payment is non refundable.
If you have to cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your event, your nonrefundable deposit can be used as a credit towards another date.
Do you Have gluten-free or vegan treats?
At the moment, we do not offer gluten free or vegan treats. However be on the lookout for some in the future.
How will my treats be priced?
Per our menu, your treats will be priced based on how custom you wish for your treats to be, depending if there is a specific theme , patterns, colors or toppings.
Which candy table is suitable for my event?
Standard candy tables typically serve up to 70 guests (estimating guest get 2-3 treats or scoops of candy. Standard candy tables are suitable for most events including baby showers, birthdays, graduation open houses, sip & sees.
Premium candy tables typically serve up to 120 guests (estimating guests get 2-3 treats or scoops of candy). Premium dessert tables are most suitable for wedding receptions.
Do you have a diversity and inclusion statement?
Yes. B.Creativ Confections is available for ALL life celebrations. However, we WILL NOT accept client who request treats that serve to promote hate and/ or discriminate against groups or communities.
Do you sell cakes?
We do not offer cakes or cupcakes.
Do you sell cookies?
The only cookies we offer are chocolate covered oreos. We do not offer plain to custom sugar cookies.
Whats ares do you serve?
B.Creativ Confections serve all of West Michigan. However we are happy to travel to other regions across Michigan ($800 minimum contract order) upon request
Do you offer delivery?
For dessert tables, delivery if included of course. For treats only, we can arrange for delivery for a $25 fee only if scheduled at the time order is placed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all debit/credit cards & Apple Pay.
Do you ship your treats?
We will start shipping treats starting November 2021!
Do you have a store front?
No, this is a home based company. However, this is definitely a goal of ours.
Are your products allergen free?
All products are prepared in a home-based kitchen that handles: gluten, wheat, dairy eggs, soy, shellfish, or fish. Because equipment is shared, BCC cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free product. It is the customer’s due diligence to notify their guests of any allergy risks. Do not consume any products from B.Creativ Confections if you have any allergy to the above mentioned food.
